When you contact Over the Rainbow Bridge, you'll be speaking with me (Dr Maria Pilavakis) directly from the very beginning.
From your first message or phone call, through to the home visit itself, and any aftercare / cremation arragements you may choose, I will be the person supporting you and caring for your beloved pet throughout.
This means you'll have one familiar and compassionate point of contact throughout the entire journey, providing continuity, reassurance and personal support at an incredibly difficult time.
