Our Service to You
Prices will vary depending on the following factors:
Size of pet, travelling time, cremation service after euthanasia.
The below prices include:
1. Call out fee (covering travel time of up to 20 minutes from a point within the L25 postcode area)
2. Medication for sedation
3. Euthanasia
Cremation fees and additional travel times (round trip journeys >20 minutes) are NOT included
(please see below under section "cremation" for more information)
If you are planning to bury your pet / take them to a crematorium yourself, then only the prices below apply (unless travelling time exceeds 20 minute)
As a gift & lasting memory of your beloved pet, if we are organising individual cremation and returning your pet's ashes, we also provide bottle of fur clippings and an ink paw print free of charge.
Toy / Small Breed Dogs; <10kg

Cremation
Options After Euthanasia
There are 3 options regarding the process after home euthanasia is performed:
1. Individual Cremation - Please contact us for information regarding options & costs on this service.
2. Communal Cremation - This means your pet's ashes will not be returned to you. Please contact us for information regarding costs on this service.
3. Home Burial - You do not need permission to bury your pet. You are allowed to bury them , however it must be on your own land.

Additional Costs (OOH)
Additional costs will incur outside of normal working hours (Out-Of-Hours)
Normal Working Hours - Monday & Tuesday (9am-9pm), Wednesday to Saturday (9am till 7pm)
Monday & Tuesday 9pm till 11pm & Wednesday to Saturday 7pm till 11pm (+£60)
Monday & Tuesday 11pm till 9am & Wednesday to Saturday 11pm till 9am (+£100)
Sunday 9am till 7pm (+£60)
Sunday 7pm till 9am (+£100)
Costs will be discussed prior to the appointment.
Additional Costs (Travel)
If travel time exceeds 20 minutes from a point within the L25 postcode area, then additional costs will incur:
> 20 to 40 minutes = £25
>40 to 60 minutes = £30
>60 to 90 minutes = £40
>90 to 120 minutes = £45
>120 to 150 minutes = £55
>150 to 180 minutes = £65

Please contact us for clarification on travel costs.
All costs will be discussed and agreed prior to booking.
Travel time includes the total round trip to and from your home.
Please take in to account travel time if you have requested ashes to be returned.

Additional Costs (Bank Holiday / Same Day Appt.)
Bank holidays and same day appointments do NOT incur an extra charge.
Exception: Christmas Day (+£150). New Years Day (+£150)
How To Book
To book your home euthanasia appointment, you can either:
- Complete the "Home Euthanasia Request Form" at the bottom of the page.

You will be given a dedicated slot with plenty of time for the process to take place.
Prior to the act of euthanasia, a consent form will need to be signed, which agrees to the procedure of home euthanasia of your pet. This will be the only paperwork that needs to be done.
Payment is normally taken in advance of your appointment. This is to avoid the stress of payment at an already stressful time.
